Please contact us if you are a NC Food Truck or Food Cart who is interested in participating. 

    Note: We are only accepting applications for mobile Food Trucks and standalone Food Carts. Our process will review you menu, health score, your refrigeration capacity, how long you have been in business, etc... You should be a full-time business that is already out serving food 3-4 times a week. ( Weekends for Food Carts) We select the top ~60 applicants to send invitations out to for each of the events. 

    In order to expand our table/chair dinning zones for the crowd,  we are not accepting applications for merchant or promotion spots at the events at this time. 

    * We are able to accommodate out of town Food Trucks. (Secure overnight parking, 50 amp service, waste water dump, staged food delivery in Raleigh, on-site Health Inspection. ) New and\or Out-of-town trucks are requested to limit menu to 2-3 select items.
