Breweries and Drafts on Tap
On tap Oct 12th

Aviator - Hogwild IPA - A golden brew made with Pale Ale and Vienna malts.  A veritable fest of the big “C” hops. Chinook, Columbus, Cascade.  Dry hopped with Magnum, Williamette, and Amarillo.  A very hoppy and refreshing ale.

Aviator - Mad Beach - An American wheat beer brewed with half barley and half white wheat.  We also spice this beer with sweet orange peel.  A good drinking beer to quench your thirst during the boiling summer months.

Aviator - Devils Tramping Ground Triple - This Tripel ale will grow hair in places you don’t want. Our Tripel is a golden colored ale that has a fruity spicy flavor that finishes a bit sweet. The Devil’s Tripel is light tasting from the addition of candy sugar. We add just the right amount of hops to balance out the sweetness.

Carolina Brewing Company - Carolina Pale Ale - This amber colored beer is an American style pale ale. Three varieties of American grown hops create a pleasing bitterness, aroma and lingering hop taste. Our Pale Ale's medium-light body and clean taste make it an excellent accompaniment to a fine meal or a satisfying drink all by itself.  It is 5.1% ABV.

Carolina Brewing Company - Carolina India Pale Ale  - Our IPA is more heavily hopped and higher in alcohol than our Pale Ale. It is brewed with pale, caramel and cara-pils malts and finished with lots of Cascade and Crystal hops for a strong, citrus/piney flavor and aroma. It is 5.4% ABV.

Carolina Brewing Company - Carolina Nut Brown Ale - A medium bodied, dark brown ale with a complex chocolatey, toasted malt taste. The word "nut" in the name implies a dry nut-like taste that makes it distinct from some of the sweeter brown ales. We use five different types of malted barley to give the beer its color and variety of malt flavors.  It is 4.9% ABV.

Raleigh Brewing - Hell Yes Ma'am Belgian Style Golden - We’re a little rebel & rough house. A city that’s a healthy heaping of Southern grit topped with a touch of Southern charm. Hell Yes Ma’am is a tribute to Raleigh in the form of a fruity, spicy, pleasantly warming and dangerously drinkable Belgian Golden. We use premium Belgian Pilsner malt, organic cane sugar, noble hops, and a magnificently complex Belgian yeast that gives our Golden its dry, kick-tail complexity. This beauty rings in at 9.2% ABV.

Raleigh Brewing - House of Clay Rye IPA - Our tribute to the original buildings of Raleigh’s own Shaw University, built with red clay bricks that students made by hand. Our handcrafted House of Clay IPA is as robust as they come. Four different hops are front and center with the rye bringing it all home in a clean, slightly spicy finish. Dry hopped for 5 days for a nice hoppy nose. 7.5% ABV.

Raleigh Brewing - Moravian Rhapsody Czech Style Pilsener - Crisp, hoppy and refreshing; our Pilsener is brewed with traditional Pilsner malt, Saaz hops, and German Lager yeast. Clean bitterness is balanced by sharp graininess and a crisp finish. This lager is an excellent selection for those just getting into craft beer. 5.7% ABV

Carolina Brewing Company - Carolina Spring Bock - The goat will always be back! Brewed in the style of a German Maibock, expect a smooth, fresh, malty taste and a slight alcohol warming sensation from this pale lager beer. It is brewed from pilsner, munich, carapils  and caramel malts and Hallertau hops. It is 6.5% ABV.

Carolina Brewing Company - Carolina Summer Ale - Our summer Ale is a Kolsch/Extra Pale Ale Hybrid. We took the best of two great beer styles, an Extra Pale Ale and a Kolsch, to create this one of a kind beer. It combines Pale and Crystal barley malt with malted wheat to give it a crisp flavor. It doesn't finish quite as sharp as a pale ale; due to the wheat it's a little fuller and rounder. It has a golden color, and is finished with Washington state Nugget an Cascade hops. We ferment it for 4 weeks using a subtle American ale yeast. It is 4.8% ABV.

Lone Rider - Shotgun Betty Hefeweizen - Part vixen, part vigilante, Shotgun Betty uses her sharpshooting skills to target those that show a weakness for wheat beer with a body that won’t quit.

Big Boss - ANGRY ANGEL KÖLSCH-STYLE ALE - A refreshingly pale German style Ale. It is cold-fermented and cold-conditioned to achieve a beautiful balance between biscuit malt flavors and floral hop notes. It is light-bodied and finishes somewhat dry to enhance its easy drinking nature.

Anheuser-Busch - Bud Lite - Introduced nationally in 1982, Bud Light is brewed using a blend of domestic and imported hops as well as a combination of barley malts and rice. It contains more malt and hops by ratio of ingredients than Budweiser, which gives the brew a distinctively clean and crisp taste.
